"Split Ends" was born in 2020 out of a need to explore and understand the structures of acceptance and appreciation in society.
As a kid my dream was to have long hair, but my mum always cut it. She said it will eventually help my hair to grow longer and thicker. I have no idea, whether my hair grew longer or thicker, but now at the age of 40, different rules and beliefs are still very visibly and invisibly existing.
